Definition:

Signifies Innocence, as that of a beginning student who has no previous knowledge of Tae Kwon Do.

Pattern Or Poomse:

CHON-JI (19 movements) means literally “the Heaven and the Earth”.  It is, in the Orient Interpreted as the creation of the world or the beginning of human history, therefore, it is the initial pattern performed by the beginner.  This pattern consists of two similar parts-one to represent Heaven, and other the Earth.

Kicking Technique:

  • Double Round House Kick
  • Double Side Kick
  • Back Kick
  • Pi-Chuki
  • Combination of all kicks

Combinations of Punches and Blocks: (Adults Only)

  • Inner Forearm Block (L-Stance); – Rear Foot is turned in @ 15°. Back heel lined up with the big toe of the lead foot.
