Good Morning Parents & Members,

Welcome to our new students!

Summer is right around the corner and we are excited, once again, to share with you some exciting news.

As you may have been aware, we are making the transition to a new home for Winning Circle. The new location will feature Olympic style Martial Arts mats, punching bags, and more classes. The best part is that its only 3 minutes away from our current location! Our plan is to be ready at our new location sometime in August. We will continue to run classes at our current location until July 29^th, 2024 and provide you with updates.

Secondly, we are proud to re-introduce our Junior Assistant program. This program has been put on hold since prior to COVID, but we are ready to run it once more. This program is only open to our Black belts but will be extended to our Red belts sometime at a later date. This program provides growth and leadership experience to our students who are looking for a more meaningful role at our club.

We look forward for what’s to come and will be updating you in the coming weeks about our new location.

In the meantime, here are a few upcoming dates/policies that are important to keep in mind:

Summer Camp 2024 Registration – NOW OPEN

• July 8 – 26^th ; 9am – 4pm
• Active members – $220+tax/week
• Non-members – $250+tax/week
• Family discounts – 10% each additional child

Covid/Flu Policy

• Germs don’t take vacations, and neither should you! Please remember to stay home if you test positive for Covid or have severe flu symptoms
• Students must stay home for 5 days if they test negative for COVID
• Students who are recovering from COVID must wear a mask during class for 2 week

Membership holds/cancellations

• Reminder that all memberships need a minimum of 30 days written notice to stop payments. Late notices will result in an automatic charge for your last month.
• Members who take a break or cancel are not guaranteed a spot upon return
• Members who stop for longer than 2 months will be charged the new membership rate upon return.

Membership Fees 2024-2025

• Taekwondo Membership fees will be increasing come September, 2024
• Current members will be able to keep their current rates with the exception of stopping for longer than 2 months.
• Junior & Senior Dragons; $139+tax(new)
• Little Dragons; $95+tax (new)

Summer Break

• We are scheduled to take our annual summer break from Saturday, Aug 17^th to Monday, Sept 2^nd .
• All classes resume Tuesday, Sept 3^rd , 2024.
