Good Morning Parents & Members,

Welcome to our new students!

It’s been a busy back-2-kicks for us at Winning Circle and we are so happy to see everyone back to their training. With our first belt grading of the school year already in the books, we are preparing for our next grading in October.

We are still in the process of moving into our new home. We hope to deliver you some updates very soon. In the meantime, we will do our best to accommodate students training in our growing classes.

In the meantime, here are a few upcoming dates/policies that are important to keep in mind:

Back-2-School Special and Friend referrals

• Active members receive 10% off their next payment for every friend that joins.
• 3 month special for new members + uniform ($299+tax)

Covid/Flu Policy

• Germs don’t take vacations, and neither should you! Please remember to stay home if you test positive for Covid or have severe flu symptoms
• Students must stay home for 5 days if they test negative for COVID
• Students who are recovering from COVID must wear a mask during class for 2 week

Membership holds/cancellations

• Reminder that all memberships need a minimum of 30 days written notice to stop payments. Late notices will result in an automatic charge for your last month.
• Members who take a break or cancel are not guaranteed a spot upon return
• Members who stop for longer than 2 months will be charged the new membership rate upon return.

Membership Fees 2024-2025

• Taekwondo Membership fees will be increasing come September, 2024
• Current members will be able to keep their current rates with the exception of stopping for longer than 2 months.
• Junior & Senior Dragons; $139+tax(new)
• Little Dragons; $95+tax (new)

Long weekend and Winter Break

• Winning Circle will be closed during Thanksgiving weekend (Sat., Oct 12^th -14^th)
• We are scheduled to take our annual winter break from Saturday, Dec 21^st to Saturday, Jan 4^th .
• All classes resume Monday, Jan 6^th , 2025.

Online Clothing store & Club patches

• Club patches now available at Winning Circle! You can purchase them directly from us at a cost of $10+tax.
• In time for the holiday season, you can now purchase Winning Circle apparel for the whole family
